TRANSMISSION OF DECISIONS

The Secretariat forwards decisions rendered to a party's lawyer through an electronic notification system to the e-mail address designated by him.

For parties not represented by lawyer, the Secretariat sends the decision via an electronic notification system to the e-mail address indicated by the party who signed the consent form for sending documents by e-mail. In the absence of consent, the Secretariat shall forward the decision by regular mail to the last known address of the party.

In the absence of a known address, the Tribunal publishes a notice of decision on its website.
