All applications, as its notice of presentation, must be notified on the interested parties.

Applications instituting proceedings may be notified in one of the following ways, unless the Financial Markets Administrative Tribunal decides otherwise:

• by bailiff
• by registered mail

Applications made during the course of proceedings may be notified by email between the parties' attorneys.

Returns of notification must be filed with the Secrétariat.

If you do not manage to notify your application on the interested parties, contact the Secrétariat to obtain a special method of notification from the Tribunal.
